Do you use allergens in your food?

We understand the importance of knowing what goes into your food. As of January 1, 2026, we are under the Texas Cottage Food Law and OUR PRODUCT(s) ARE PRODUCED IN A PRIVATE RESIDENCE THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO GOVERNMENTAL LICENSING OR INSPECTION. We strive to accommodate dietary needs but please be aware that our kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy. While we take precautions, cross-contamination is possible. Our team can provide ingredient lists for specific menu items upon request. Why did the cost of your food items change?

Food cost changes are an inevitable aspect of the food industry, affecting both consumers and businesses alike. These fluctuations can be attributed to various factors, including supply chain disruptions, seasonal variations, and global economic conditions. For instance, when a natural disaster strikes a major agricultural region, it can lead to a sudden spike in prices due to reduced supply. Similarly, changes in consumer demand, such as a rise in popularity for organic or locally sourced products, can also influence costs. Businesses often need to adjust their pricing strategies to accommodate these changes, which can impact their profit margins and, ultimately, their sustainability. Consumers may notice price increases on grocery store shelves or restaurant menus, prompting them to reconsider their purchasing habits. Staying informed about these trends can help both consumers and businesses make better decisions regarding food purchases and budgeting. Understanding the underlying causes of food cost changes is essential for navigating the complexities of the food market.
